In 2024, as part of MTTSL’s diversification strategy, we expanded into chemical tankers via MTT Kenyalang. 

MTT Kenyalang has placed orders for two newbuild chemical tankers with a nominal capacity of 12,500 DWT each, which are scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2026. We aim to capitalise on growth opportunities within the chemical tanker industry in light of developments in East Malaysia.
